Introducing Groups

Groups is a new way to keep track of a class as a unit rather than lesson-by-lesson. Add your learners once, and their progress across every lesson you assign rolls up into a single performance view.

Each group also gets a board — a simple shared space for posting updates, reminders, or a note about tomorrow's session. It's intentionally plain: no ratings, no likes, just a place for a class-facing message to live.

Groups is available to every account today. We'd like to hear what you use it for — reply to this post or reach out through Contact.

The differentiation notes are what sold me — I could stretch the fast finishers without writing anything extra.

Pairs nicely with the follow-up lesson in the same subject — I taught them back to back.

A year down worked for me with the reading swapped for the summary version.

The extension is optional in the plan, but I mark it for the students who choose it.

Please do share the translation, that would help a lot of us.

Yes! The materials tab has a printable. Look under the practice phase.

Great structure. One question: is the extension task assessed, or purely optional?

Setup was about ten minutes for me once the materials were out on the bench.

The wrap-up prompt produced the best written responses I have had from this class all year.
